• From guests: name, and — if you choose to provide it — phone number, your attendance response, headcount, and any message you leave.
• Technical: a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store your raw IP.

• To create, print, and deliver your invitations.
• To send invitations and updates over WhatsApp, where requested.
• To record and display RSVP responses to the host.
• To operate, secure, and improve our service.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• WhatsApp / Meta, to deliver invitations you ask us to send (their terms and privacy policy apply).
• Trusted service providers (e.g. hosting) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We keep event and guest data for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
